Saint Laurent Merchandising Retail Analyst internship in Paris; support buying and retail operations across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for European retail operations
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales analyses by product category, collection, and store location
- Manage inventory transfers and restocking requests across European retail network
- Address ad hoc requests from retail boutiques and provide operational support
- Develop and create supporting materials for boutiques including product catalogues, training documents, and point-of-sale tools
- Communicate with European boutique teams to monitor performance and support retail initiatives
- Participate in buying showroom presentations and campaigns
- Create buying tools and support order entry processes
- Produce product illustrations and visual buying aids
Qualifications
- Enrollment in final year (Master 2) of a business school programme
- Strong knowledge of buying and analytical methodologies
- Demonstrated product sensibility and understanding of luxury retail
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in both French and English (working languages)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in luxury retail strongly preferred

Experience
First-hand experience in luxury retail is preferred but not required for entry-level internship candidates. Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with merchandise buying processes are essential.

Currently enrolled in Master 2 (final year) at a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
