Saint Laurent is recruiting Collection Merchandising Interns in Paris across menswear, womenswear, men’s shoes, and soft accessories and sunglasses. Interns will support product managers and the department head with collection planning, showroom operations and sales analysis; the six-month internships start in September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor, price-positioning and trend-monitoring studies.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of the collection plan.
- Create and update sales tools.
- Provide operational support during showroom setup.
- Track and manage prototypes, including inventories, collection handovers and requests for items to be removed.
- Participate in collection briefings.
- Track and analyse sell-in and sell-out sales.
- Monitor KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conduct ad hoc collection-monitoring analyses.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at business or fashion school at Bac +4/5 level.
- Six months of experience is required, ideally in the luxury sector.
- A strong interest in fashion and product sensibility.
- Fluent English is essential; Italian is an advantage.
- Excellent numerical and analytical aptitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organisation, flexibility, dynamism and perseverance.
