Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in collection development and design process
• Prepare development meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain sales catalogues and showroom merchandising tools (sales books, material books, collection files)
• Manage product sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods
• Track prototype inventory, coordinate photography, and manage corrections throughout the showroom cycle
• Conduct and author sell-in analyses, best-seller reviews, and SKU performance metrics during showroom periods
• Prepare comprehensive post-showroom collection reports with quantitative and qualitative performance analysis
• Monitor weekly and monthly product category performance, including worldwide and regional sell-out tracking
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis including market offerings, pricing positioning, campaigns, and runway presentations

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Business, or specialized Master's in Fashion/Fashion Management
• First professional experience in luxury sector with demonstrated product sensibility
• Fluent English; Italian language a plus
• Proficiency with numerical data and analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
