Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain seasonal and carry-over sales forecasts based on historical performance, market trends, inventory flow, and business objectives
- Lead monthly Best Estimate reviews with regional teams to ensure forecast accuracy and business alignment
- Monitor global business performance by category, collection, product line, function, region, and channel
- Define monthly reorder requirements based on sell-through, inventory availability, forecasted demand, and distribution strategies
- Monitor inventory levels globally to ensure healthy stock coverage and inventory productivity
- Develop scenario analyses and actionable recommendations on sales performance and seasonal trends
- Collaborate closely with Collection, Retail & Digital Merchandising, Regional Buying, Supply Chain, and Production teams to align forecasts and inventory strategies
- Facilitate communication and influence stakeholders to support effective decision-making and execution
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting and inventory planning within luxury fashion or comparable retail environment
- Advanced proficiency in merchandise planning systems and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience in reorder planning and open-to-buy management
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in merchandise planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management within luxury fashion, premium retail, or related fast-moving consumer goods environment; proven track record of driving business growth through accurate forecasting and proactive inventory optimization.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
