Saint Laurent — Paris: Men's Ready-to-Wear Collection Coordination Intern (6-month internship, starts Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Men's Ready-to-Wear Development team and assist the Collection Manager and Collection Coordinator across daily operational tasks.
- Manage organisational follow-up of the collection, including codification and filing of models.
- Create and maintain model records in the PLM: open model and material files, update model information, and generate collection plans.
- Coordinate special orders (press, VIP, VIC, trunk shows): track requests, pointage, dispatch to internal departments and produce weekly reports on these orders.
- Oversee prototype flows and logistics: arrange shipments of collection samples, manage prototype storage and archive seasonal fabric swatches and trim cards.
- Track model alterations and support fittings and look preparations in advance of shows.
- Contribute to day-to-day atelier/office upkeep: archive and store prototypes, manage supplies and internal shuttle labelling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a programme in Fashion, Product Management, Merchandising, or a closely related discipline.
- Previous internship or first professional experience in luxury fashion or apparel is a plus.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail, initiative and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with PLM systems is advantageous.
