Role & Responsibilities
- Calculate and monitor material and fabric consumption across the lifecycle of styles, from early costing/sampling (with the Paris team) through end of production with subcontractors.
- Maintain and update consumption tracking spreadsheets and bills of materials within the Stealth 400 information system.
- Communicate consumption revisions to internal stakeholders according to the model lifecycle (design office, production, suppliers).
- Track stock issues and returns by manufacturing order and reconcile variances.
- Liaise with the technical office, internal workshops and external suppliers to diagnose consumption issues and optimise cutting operations.
- Prepare and send technical dossiers and cutting files to suppliers.
- Provide operational support to the cutting team during peak workload or when specialised reinforcement is required.
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Fashion, Garment Technology, Industrial Pattern Cutting or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar role within apparel production is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian strongly desirable.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in fashion or garment production involving marker making, cutting operations and supplier coordination is preferred; exposure to production tracking and BOM management is advantageous.
Education
Diploma, BTS, DUT or degree in Fashion, Clothing Manufacture, Industrial Pattern Cutting or equivalent vocational training.
