The Beauty Advisor represents Yves Saint Laurent in Shenzhen, providing personalized beauty consultations and product experiences while meeting sales targets and building customer loyalty. The role also covers counter operations, brand compliance, retail systems and digital tools. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand consultation and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Maintain customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Work effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty-market trends and competitors.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized advice, recommend suitable products, and support customers in trying products.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with empathy and effective communication.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, and safeguard store or counter assets.
