- Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience across sales and after‑sales interactions, consistently reflecting the Maison’s image and standards.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow‑up and relationship management to secure repeat business.
- Drive individual performance to exceed sales targets and store KPIs with a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks; provide expert styling advice aligned with Saint Laurent’s aesthetic.
- Use available tools and applications (CRM, POS and other retail systems) to identify and convert business opportunities.
