Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Logistics team on packaging supply‑chain operations, including stock monitoring and continuous improvement of tracking tools.
- Contribute to end‑to‑end packaging logistics: prepare and validate supplier order forecasts, mitigate stock‑out risk and define safety stock levels.
- Coordinate and optimise international transport flows in collaboration with Supply Chain and external partners.
- Integrate regulatory and compliance constraints into operational processes, including monitoring free‑trade agreement compliance and rules of origin.
- Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor flows, measure operational efficiency and track supplier compliance responses.
- Participate in projects to revalue dormant packaging inventory (e.g., event packaging) and automation of repetitive tasks to improve data reliability.
- Maintain and correct Master Data, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s (Bac+5) programme — engineering school, business school or university specialisation in Logistics, Supply Chain or Project Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent organisational rigour and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

Experience
Student level: currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s programme and available for an internship beginning September 2026. Prior internships or practical experience in logistics, supply chain or packaging operations are advantageous but not mandatory.

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with specialisation in Logistics, Supply Chain or Project Management (current enrolment acceptable).
