Saint Laurent — Leather Goods Studio Assistant (Intern) in Paris. Six-month design internship supporting Women's Leather Goods studio, starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support stylists in thematic research for women's leather goods collections, including iconographic and vintage research and photomontage creation.
  • Produce technical drawings and full-scale placements using Adobe Illustrator; create visual illustrations in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Update and maintain collection documentation (fabric-to-sketch boards, material books and related files).
  • Contribute to general studio activities and assist across development tasks to ensure smooth workflow between design and production teams.
  • Prepare visual assets and presentations to support collection reviews and internal critiques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level education (Bac+3) in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or Fashion Design (or equivalent).
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong written communication skills in French and Italian (both required).
  • Creative, proactive and able to propose original ideas aligned with maison aesthetics.
  • Autonomous, precise, highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines.

Experience

Open to students or recent graduates enrolled in a degree programme (Bac+3 level) in design or fashion. Prior internships or studio experience in fashion accessories or leather goods and a portfolio demonstrating technical sketches and Adobe work are highly desirable.

Bachelor-level (Bac+3) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Design or equivalent.
