Saint Laurent seeks a skilled Leather Goods Production Specialist to execute assembly, stitching, and finishing operations on handbags with exacting precision and adherence to established technical specifications and quality standards. The successful candidate will perform bench assembly, stitching, and coloring operations according to detailed technical guidelines while collaborating with departmental colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and timely identification of production anomalies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute assembly, stitching, and/or finishing operations on handbags according to technical and production specifications provided
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure effective information flow and facilitate prompt identification and escalation of any production anomalies
- Maintain adherence to established operational procedures, production timelines, and company quality standards throughout all manufacturing phases
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of verifiable experience in bench assembly, stitching, and/or finishing operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of leather characteristics, traditional leather processing techniques, and leather goods manufacturing
- Exceptional manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail
