Role & Responsibilities
- Execute assembly, stitching, and coloring operations on leather handbags according to technical and production specifications
- Maintain superior craftsmanship standards and precise attention to detail throughout all production phases
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure effective information flow and timely identification of production irregularities
- Monitor own work for quality compliance and report any technical issues or material defects immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in bench assembly, stitching, and/or coloring operations
