Saint Laurent IT Application Support Intern in Scandicci, Italy. Support manufacturing IT functions and join the Technology Team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IT tutor in understanding and meeting internal stakeholders' technology requirements
- Assist in the evolution of processes, applications, and systems supporting the manufacturing function
- Contribute to project scope definition, planning, and execution in collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and partners
- Provide end-user support through knowledge sharing and ticketing management
- Manage ticketing and project management tools to track requests and deliverables
- Participate in cross-functional technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Support system testing activities and contribute to enhancing reliability, performance, and security
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base development
Qualifications
- Diploma in IT or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Openness to learning new technologies and innovative approaches

Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. First internship or early-career exposure to IT support within a corporate or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not required.
Education
Diploma of IT expert or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
