Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting of institutional content for internal communications.
- Support the production of internal communication tools across print and digital platforms.
- Deploy internal communication campaigns across all internal channels.
- Create monthly performance tracking reports.
- Participate in the organization of regular events for Paris-based employees.
- Manage and follow up on event invitations.
- Oversee logistical aspects of events and create post-event summary documents.
- Manage the skills sponsorship program for employees in France, Italy, and the UK.
- Handle internal campaigns related to corporate social responsibility.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Journalism.
- Fluency in both French and English with excellent writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Proactive and autonomous with organizational skills and attention to detail.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in operational tasks and a proactive mindset are essential.
Education
Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Journalism.
