Saint Laurent — Internal Communications Assistant (alternance) in Paris; apprenticeship supporting global internal communications, events and CSR programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Internal Communications team in planning and deploying global internal campaigns to engage Saint Laurent employees across geographies.
- Draft institutional content for internal channels in both French and English.
- Assist in the production and adaptation of communication materials (print and digital) and ensure consistent deployment across internal platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce a monthly performance report with key metrics and insights.
- Coordinate recurring employee events in Paris: manage invitations, logistics, vendor liaison and post-event synthesis documents.
- Manage the skills-based volunteering/mécénat de compétences programme for employees in France, Italy and the UK and support related internal campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the Maison and Kering group to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or currently enrolled for alternance) in Communication, Marketing or Journalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (fluent English required).
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and an agile mindset when working with multiple stakeholders.
- Operationally focused, proactive and autonomous with strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of digital environments and social media channels and an interest in employee engagement trends.
- Genuine affinity for luxury fashion and the Maison’s aesthetic.

Experience
Entry-level profile suited to students in an alternance programme; previous internships or work placements in communications, events or CSR are desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent (current enrolment acceptable for alternance beginning September 2026).
