Saint Laurent Intern - Retail Management, Munich. Support clienteling, events, and client engagement across Central Europe in a luxury retail internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Retail Management team, with focus on clienteling, client engagement, and events
- Collaborate with the Clienteling Manager for Central Europe and Southern Europe on regional client engagement initiatives, projects, and activations
- Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of client events, activations, and in-store initiatives across Central Europe
- Coordinate with stores regarding guest lists, client invitations, event preparation, and post-event follow-up
- Track and monitor clienteling and client engagement KPIs across stores and assist in implementing related action plans
- Act as a liaison between stores and the Clienteling Manager, coordinating store requests and inquiries
- Support the organization of regional meetings, trainings, and other internal or external events
- Assist with organizational tasks related to travel and event management
- Conduct research on relevant local events, partnerships, and opportunities to enhance the client experience within the Central Europe region
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Fashion Business, Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a similar program with an interest in luxury retail
- First professional experience through internships, retail, hospitality, or event-related positions is ideal
- Strong interest in luxury retail, client experience, clienteling, and events
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Italian language skills are a strong advantage
