Saint Laurent seeks an IT Manufacturing Manager in Scandicci, Italy to lead technology systems supporting production and supply chain operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of business applications and related services supporting manufacturing operations
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver aligned technology solutions
  • Lead IT projects from design and planning through deployment and optimization
  • Anticipate emerging needs and proactively propose innovative technology solutions
  • Direct internal IT teams, external vendors, and technology partners to execute strategic initiatives
  • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing systems
  • Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee integrations and data flows across enterprise systems, including ERP and production planning platforms
  • Monitor service levels, project progress, budgets, and risks with transparent reporting
  • Support testing, deployment, and change management activities across the manufacturing environment
  • Contribute to IT governance frameworks, technology roadmap definition, and long-term strategic planning

Qualifications

  • Diploma in IT or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT manufacturing management or equivalent leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including traceability, quality control, and supply chain operations
  • Expertise in IT applications, ERP systems, WMS, and Production Planning Solutions
  • Proficiency with Stealth Platform and Logimoda systems is advantageous
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in international and cross-functional team environments
