Saint Laurent in Vigonza, Italy is hiring a Human Resources Intern for the Footwear division — internship (3+3 months) supporting HR administration and processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager with administrative and back‑office activities, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with Group Shared Services.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services on statutory and administrative compliance tasks.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reporting and personnel metrics for the HR office.
- Assist in implementation of core HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, and training & development.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and provide operational support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Laurea) or equivalent academic qualification.
- Previous experience in HR administration or demonstrable interest in human resources.
- Excellent command of MS‑Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.

Experience
Previous practical experience in HR administration or internships in HR functions is preferred; otherwise a strong, demonstrable interest in human resources will be considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Laurea) or currently completing a relevant degree.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vigonza, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Padua.
