Saint Laurent HR Recruitment Campus & Administration Intern (September 2026) in Paris. Support campus hiring and HR operations at the luxury fashion leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Publish job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and coordinate candidate sourcing for campus hiring campaigns
- Screen applications, conduct pre-qualification telephone interviews, and facilitate HR interviews with prospective interns and apprentices
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination between candidates, schools, universities, and internal hiring managers
- Process administrative documentation for intern and apprentice onboarding, including document collection, file preparation, and system integration into HR tools
- Coordinate with educational institutions, OPCO funding bodies, and internal stakeholders regarding apprenticeship and internship programs
- Prepare and oversee onboarding activities for new interns and apprentices, ensuring smooth integration into the organization
- Create, maintain, and update personnel files and HR records with attention to confidentiality and compliance
- Track administrative deadlines and verify documentation completeness according to regulatory standards
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reporting on intern and apprentice populations for HR leadership
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned by the headquarters HR team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Human Resources, Employment Law, Psychology, or equivalent discipline
- Active internship agreement (convention de stage) with the educational institution
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel administration is valued
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a dynamic environment with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and collaborative team orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in French and English; working proficiency in an international environment is essential

Prior experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or personnel administration would be advantageous.
Education
Master's degree programme in Human Resources, Employment Law, Psychology, or equivalent discipline. An active internship agreement (convention de stage) with the educational institution is mandatory.
