Saint Laurent seeks an HR Operations Apprentice to join its Headquarters HR team in Paris. Under the mentorship of an experienced practitioner, the apprentice will develop progressive competencies across personnel administration, time and absence management, Workday systems, and HR project coordination. Reporting to HR Business Partners and managers, the role encompasses administrative support for employee lifecycle events, data quality management, onboarding coordination, and cross-functional HR operations projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR correspondence in coordination with Kering's Shared Services Center
• Monitor individual employee situations including absences, parental leave, internal mobility, contract changes, and departures
• Track time and absence data within dedicated systems; identify and help resolve discrepancies with managers and HR leads
• Update and maintain employee files in compliance with confidentiality and data protection protocols
• Maintain administrative and HR data accuracy within Workday; participate in annual HR campaigns including salary reviews
• Coordinate administrative preparation for employee onboarding, integration activities, and internal mobility transitions
• Maintain headcount movement tracking and reporting to support HR Business Partners
• Process and monitor HR department purchasing requests, orders, and invoices through Esker according to validation protocols
• Coordinate interim staffing needs including candidate tracking, contract management, and related procurement documentation
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and support maintenance of HR documentation repositories including SharePoint and the HR Library

• Currently enrolled in an HR-focused apprenticeship program
• Rigorous, discrete, and well-organized
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Commitment to data accuracy and information security
• Solid proficiency with office-based software tools

No prior professional experience required; apprenticeship-based role designed for entry-level development within a structured learning environment.

Education

Currently pursuing a qualification in Human Resources through an apprenticeship contract (contrat d'apprentissage).
