Saint Laurent HR Generalist position in Munich, Germany. Support retail operations across 5 countries and 14 stores, managing recruitment, employee development, and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and employee relations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining talent pipelines
- Partner with Store Directors on people-related matters, providing guidance on HR policies, employee engagement, performance management, and career development
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives to strengthen internal talent and leadership pipelines
- Coordinate onboarding and training activities in collaboration with the Retail Trainer
- Support compensation and payroll processes, including incentive calculations, data validation, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, organizational charts, and reporting tools
- Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and HR-related documentation while ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and company policies
- Contribute to employee engagement, organizational development, and HR projects, including new store openings and business expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve HR processes and enhance employee experience
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Retail, or related field
- First professional experience in Human Resources
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
- Initiative-taking mindset with ability to propose solutions
- Team player mentality
