Saint Laurent seeks HR Business Partner for Paris EMEA headquarters—recruitment, talent development, and employee administration support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support to EMEA corporate managers and teams across recruitment, mobility, performance management, and employee administration
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for EMEA headquarters, including vacancy posting, candidate management, and onboarding through trial period
- Manage talent acquisition, internal mobility, and Group-level career development
- Administer new employee onboarding and conduct performance and talent review processes via Workday
- Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and coordinate deployment of training initiatives
- Support compensation and benefits processes including budget forecasting, salary reviews, and administrative coordination
- Manage full employee lifecycle administration: contracts, amendments, onboarding/offboarding, absence tracking, medical visits, and attestations
- Maintain Workday records, manage individual employee files, coordinate payroll transfers, and update organizational charts
- Disseminate HR communications and promote internal projects and company initiatives
- Develop and coordinate EMEA HR projects including newsletters, mentoring programmes, and employee engagement activities
- Foster employee engagement through organizing internal events and wellness initiatives
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in human resources, ideally in a generalist HR role
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and business acumen
- Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative
