Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve recruitment needs in accordance with manpower planning; collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and interview processes
- Ensure end-to-end candidate experience excellence; draft and review offer letters, prepare vacancy announcements, and coordinate with preferred recruitment agencies
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations queries; assist with disciplinary hearings, support new joiner inductions, and foster positive employee experience
- Manage employee records and files accurately in Workday; provide payroll with precise data and support forecasting and cost analysis
- Verify and maintain right-to-work documentation in compliance with legal requirements; coordinate visa and labour card applications for international recruits
- Support probationary period confirmations and liaison with management on employee lifecycle matters
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday HR systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK labour law and employment compliance
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate discretion in sensitive matters

Experience
Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations within a fast-paced corporate environment; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with business teams across locations.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; HR certification or qualification (e.g., CIPD, HR diploma) is advantageous but not essential.
