Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve recruitment needs in accordance with manpower planning; collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and interview processes
  • Ensure end-to-end candidate experience excellence; draft and review offer letters, prepare vacancy announcements, and coordinate with preferred recruitment agencies
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations queries; assist with disciplinary hearings, support new joiner inductions, and foster positive employee experience
  • Manage employee records and files accurately in Workday; provide payroll with precise data and support forecasting and cost analysis
  • Verify and maintain right-to-work documentation in compliance with legal requirements; coordinate visa and labour card applications for international recruits
  • Support probationary period confirmations and liaison with management on employee lifecycle matters

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday HR systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK labour law and employment compliance
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate discretion in sensitive matters
