HR Assistant internship at Saint Laurent Paris. Support EMEA HR recruitment, administration, and process coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment of interns autonomously, including posting job listings and screening candidates
- Post job announcements across multiple job boards and organize candidate interviews
- Conduct candidate screening, telephone pre-selections, and schedule meetings
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Update and maintain organizational charts
- Draft and issue employment contracts, internship agreements, attestations, and contract amendments
- Track and manage leave of absence and maternity leave records
- File and organize employee documentation for payroll transfer
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes through internal systems such as Workday
- Support ad hoc HR department projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, in progress or completed
- Strong knowledge of HR domains and practices
- Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and propose solutions
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Fluent English
