Role & Responsibilities
- Support HRBP recruitment efforts for boutique personnel, including sales advisors and stockroom staff
- Manage internship recruitment across the regional boutique network
- Draft and edit contractual documentation including internship agreements, attestations, and contract amendments
- Monitor and coordinate medical examinations for employees
- Participate in training and onboarding initiatives
- Support deployment and coordination of the training plan across the region
- Assist in organising seminars and team events
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required by departmental priorities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with specialisation in Human Resources
- Previous successful experience in HR, particularly in recruitment
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
