Role & Responsibilities
- Assist HR Business Partners in boutique staff recruitment, including sales advisors and stockists.
- Recruit interns for the retail network.
- Support the drafting of contractual documents such as internship agreements and amendments.
- Monitor medical appointments for employees.
- Contribute to training and integration projects.
- Assist in the implementation of the training plan.
- Support the organization of seminars and events.
- Manage the Summer Missions project, including candidate identification and temporary housing arrangements.
- Participate in various HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous successful experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.
- Fluent in English.
