Role & Responsibilities
- Track and manage employee time records, absences, and scheduling
- Monitor and maintain HR dashboards and key performance indicators
- Support recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, and new employee onboarding
- Assist in developing training programs and coordinating HR development initiatives
- Support internal communications campaigns and facilitate internal company events
