Saint Laurent — HR & Training Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris. Apprenticeship role supporting deployment of the training plan and HR development projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor individual and collective training actions, both internal and external.
- Manage administrative, logistical and budgetary aspects of training activities.
- Support employees throughout their training pathways and ensure learner follow-up.
- Administer training files and coordinate with the OPCO (skills operator).
- Maintain and update tracking tables and dashboards; monitor training KPIs.
- Contribute to preparation of mandatory documents (annual report, forecast training plan).
- Research and benchmark external training providers and courses.
- Participate in cross-functional HR Development projects, including the SLCI partnership with Institut Français de la Mode.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Master 1 or Master 2 in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Ideally a first professional experience (internship) in an HR department or in professional training.
- Fluent English (desired).
- Highly organized, rigorous and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, autonomous, with the ability to take initiative and propose improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work in complex, matrixed environments.
- Proficient with pack office.

Experience
Preferably a prior internship or initial professional experience within an HR function or a role focused on professional training; exposure to administrative and budgetary management of training programs is advantageous.
Education
Master's level (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources or equivalent.
