Saint Laurent in Paris seeks an HR and Training Assistant (Alternance) to deploy training plans and manage administrative and budgetary follow‑up.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the deployment and operational follow‑up of the corporate training plan, coordinating individual and collective training actions both internally and with external providers.
  • Manage the administrative, logistical and budgetary lifecycle of training initiatives, including file preparation and invoicing follow‑up.
  • Support employees throughout their training journey, advising on pathways and ensuring alignment with development objectives.
  • Administer training dossiers with the OPCO and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
  • Maintain and update monitoring dashboards and KPIs to report on training activity and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the preparation of statutory training documents (annual report, provisional plans) and to benchmarking of training organisations.
  • Participate in transversal HR Development projects such as the Saint Laurent Couture Institute partnership with Institut Français de la Mode, ensuring process adherence and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master 1/2 in Human Resources or equivalent discipline; eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
  • Prior practical experience in an HR department or in vocational training (internship or similar) is preferred.
  • Working proficiency in English is desired.
  • Highly organised, rigorous and autonomous with the ability to take initiative and propose improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to operate within a complex, matrixed international organisation.

Experience

Ideally one prior internship or short professional experience within an HR function or in vocational/training management; demonstrable exposure to administrative and logistical aspects of learning programmes.

Education

Master 1 or Master 2 in Human Resources or equivalent.
