Saint Laurent seeks an experienced Footwear Finishing Artisan in Vigonza, Italy to perform luxury prototype refinement in the Sample Atelier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform all footwear finishing operations according to company specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Execute diverse finishing activities including cleaning, retouching, and surface refinement to achieve luxury standards
- Collaborate with internal department colleagues to ensure accurate information flow and proper coordination throughout the prototype production cycle
- Communicate promptly any anomalies, defects, or production issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain precision and attention to detail throughout all finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in footwear finishing, preferably in a sample atelier or prototype workshop environment
- Demonstrated exceptional manual dexterity and technical skill
- Ability to perform multiple finishing activities competently
- Meticulous attention to precision and quality
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Previous experience in footwear finishing, preferably in a sample atelier or prototype workshop setting. Experience with luxury footwear manufacturing preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vigonza, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Padua.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 35,000 per annum.
