Role & Responsibilities
- Execute finishing operations on footwear — including cleaning, ironing, retouching and final touch‑ups — to meet prescribed methods and quality standards.
- Ensure all finishing tasks are completed within assigned timeframes and in accordance with production schedules.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the production atelier to maintain correct flow of information and handovers between operations.
- Inspect finished pieces for conformity to technical and aesthetic requirements and report non‑conformities to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and adhere to company health, safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in footwear finishing positions, preferably on elegant/women’s footwear.
- Good technical knowledge of footwear construction and materials.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Reliable, flexible and available to meet production scheduling needs.
- Strong team orientation and effective communication within a production environment.

Experience
Demonstrated prior experience in footwear finishing or a closely related production role, ideally with exposure to elegant women’s shoe categories.
Education
No formal degree required; vocational training or apprenticeship in footwear manufacturing, leather goods or a related craft discipline is advantageous.
