Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within finishing operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of all finishing processes, including cleaning, touch-ups, and packaging.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Familiarity with luxury/formal women's footwear.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
