Saint Laurent Financial Controller – Wholesale position in Paris. Manage global wholesale controlling, budgeting, and retail finance for EMEA region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly wholesale sales reporting for senior management and conduct global sales analysis during budget cycles
- Consolidate client orders during showroom campaigns and administer budget and forecast processes via Anaplan
- Participate in financial closes for the wholesale perimeter, including CAPEX, OPEX, and royalty analysis
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support group and operational decision-making
- Serve as the primary finance liaison for regional teams, providing wholesale performance insights and business partner support
- Progressively expand scope to manage EMEA retail financial close activities, cost center analysis, and boutique investment project reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance tools and processes, including Anaplan administration and Power BI dashboard standardization
- Identify regional needs and lead adoption of new financial tools and reporting systems across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of professional experience in financial controlling or management accounting
- Proven proficiency with Anaplan, Power BI, and standard enterprise finance tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and complex financial models
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships with operational and regional teams
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of experience in financial controlling, business analysis, or management accounting, preferably within a luxury goods, retail, or fashion environment. Experience with international business structures and multi-regional financial management is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification in a related financial discipline.
