Saint Laurent Financial Analyst in Wayne, New Jersey. Support Americas financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. $90K–$95K plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Saint Laurent Americas financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for sales, margin, operational expenses, capital expenditures, balance sheet, and cash flow across all cost centers
- Actively participate in monthly closing processes in collaboration with the Shared Services Accounting team, including quarterly and year-end closings
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances in detail and providing comprehensive variance analysis
- Prepare and review monthly financial reporting for regional and headquarters purposes, including P&L statements with quantitative and qualitative analysis, capital expenditure and balance sheet analysis, and management expense reporting
- Maintain and enhance forecasting models to ensure alignment with business assumptions and strategic priorities
- Collaborate in the preparation of Monthly Business Review presentations for the worldwide executive team
- Serve as a backup resource for daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales reporting across sales channels
- Partner with internal stakeholders and department heads by delivering financial results, insights, and analysis during closings and budget/forecast processes
- Support management on ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar financial analyst or planning role
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, Anaplan, and Rubis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- SAP experience is a plus; system-savvy with self-motivation to learn new technologies
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Retail industry experience is advantageous

Minimum 2+ years in a similar financial analyst or financial planning role; retail industry experience is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA is a plus.
