Role & Responsibilities

• Support Saint Laurent Americas financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for sales, margin, operational expenses, capital expenditures, balance sheet, and cash flow across all cost centers
• Actively participate in monthly closing processes in collaboration with the Shared Services Accounting team, including quarterly and year-end closings
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances in detail and providing comprehensive variance analysis
• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting for regional and headquarters purposes, including P&L statements with quantitative and qualitative analysis, capital expenditure and balance sheet analysis, and management expense reporting
• Maintain and enhance forecasting models to ensure alignment with business assumptions and strategic priorities
• Collaborate in the preparation of Monthly Business Review presentations for the worldwide executive team
• Serve as a backup resource for daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales reporting across sales channels
• Partner with internal stakeholders and department heads by delivering financial results, insights, and analysis during closings and budget/forecast processes
• Support management on ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar financial analyst or planning role
• Technical proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, Anaplan, and Rubis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• SAP experience is a plus; system-savvy with self-motivation to learn new technologies
• Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Retail industry experience is advantageous

Minimum 2+ years in a similar financial analyst or financial planning role; retail industry experience is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 95,000 per annum.
