Financial Analyst at Saint Laurent (Kering) in Wayne, New Jersey. Support financial planning and reporting for the Americas region. $85K–$92K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, data collection, planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across Saint Laurent Americas including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, and Dominican Republic
- Actively participate in forecasting and budgeting processes for sales, margin, operating expenses, capital expenditure, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis across all cost centers
- Collaborate with the centralized Accounting (Record-to-Report) team during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, documenting and explaining variances in detail
- Prepare and review monthly financial reporting for regional and headquarters review, including P&L statements with qualitative and quantitative analysis, balance sheet assessments, and management expense compilations
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales reporting across all sales channels as a backup resource
- Partner with internal stakeholders and department heads to deliver financial insights and analysis during monthly closings and budgeting processes
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly business review presentations for worldwide executive leadership
- Support management on ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar financial analyst or FP&A role
- Retail industry experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Experience with PowerBI, Anaplan, or Rubis is strongly preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- SAP experience is advantageous

Experience
2+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related accounting function. Retail or luxury goods sector experience is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with international teams and manage multiple reporting responsibilities across geographically dispersed business units.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. MBA is preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 92,000 per annum.
