Role & Responsibilities
- Support financial operations across Saint Laurent Americas, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Panama
- Participate actively in forecasting and budgeting processes for sales, operating expenditures, wholesale capital expenditures, and channel-specific daily reconciliations, with subsequent reporting to the global executive team
- Collaborate with the Accounting department during monthly and year-end closing procedures, including uploads to the financial consolidation platform
- Analyze financial results and operational processes to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports at both regional and headquarters levels, including profit-and-loss statements with qualitative and quantitative analysis, management expense reports, wholesale capital expenditure summaries, and key performance indicator compilations
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales reporting across retail channels as a backup resource
- Support the Senior Financial Analyst in compiling financial results for departmental leadership
- Assist in preparing monthly business review presentations for the worldwide executive team
- Execute ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required by management
- Provide support in year-end audit preparation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar financial analyst or business analyst role
- Retail industry experience highly valued
- Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, SUMIF functions, and advanced formulas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- SAP experience preferred
- Willingness to travel to the New York office as operational needs require

Experience
Minimum 2+ years in a comparable financial analyst, business analyst, or finance operations role. Retail or luxury goods industry experience is strongly advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and month-end/year-end close processes is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required. Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
