Saint Laurent Finance Assistant in Seoul — support AP/AR, reconciliations and month-end close for the maison (Seoul).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions, including supplier invoices and credit notes.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and intercompany balances.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close activities by preparing journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Manage employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Assist with invoice issuance, collections follow-up and payment runs, coordinating with local stores and regional teams.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing to meet internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Produce routine financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support the finance team and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally within retail, luxury goods or retail-support operations.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, accruals).
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential financial information.
