Join Saint Laurent in Paris as a Fashion Design Intern. Contribute to the luxury fashion industry with responsibilities in collection documentation and product development. Fluency in English and basic French required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update collection documents including sketches, material books, and technical drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of fittings.
- Support product development processes.
- Create technical drawings using Illustrator.
- Produce mock-ups.
- Assist in thematic research for seasonal prints and embroideries, including illustration, graphics, and pattern placement.
- Contribute to thematic research for the collection, utilizing documentation, books, web resources, and studio materials.
- Aid in the preparation of the showroom and collection displays.
Qualifications
- Background in Fashion Design with a specialization in Women's Fashion.
- Strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge of women's garments.
- Stylistic inspirations aligned with the Saint Laurent universe.
- Solid understanding of pattern making, garment construction, draping, sewing, and 3D technical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- International profiles highly valued; fluency in English and basic French required.
- Versatile, organized, and responsive.
- A valid internship agreement from a physical educational institution is mandatory.
