Executive Assistant to President & CEO at Saint Laurent, New York. Support high-level leadership in luxury fashion, manage complex operations and executive priorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and fast-moving calendar, exercising strong judgment to prioritize meetings and navigate competing demands
- Anticipate executive needs, priorities, meetings and deadlines to ensure consistent preparation and strategic alignment
- Serve as primary liaison between the President & CEO and internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations and supporting documentation for key business meetings and reviews
- Develop and refine polished, executive-grade PowerPoint presentations, communications and strategic materials
- Track key decisions, commitments and action items, proactively managing follow-up and ensuring timely execution
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and real-time adjustments
- Draft correspondence, talking points and executive communications on behalf of the President & CEO as required
- Support strategic initiatives, leadership meetings, executive visits, off-sites and high-profile organizational events
- Manage expenses, invoices and executive administrative operations with precision and efficiency
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound professional judgment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and cross-functional communication
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting a CEO, President, C-suite executive or equivalent senior leader
- Exceptionally organized, proactive and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs
- Composed and adaptable under pressure, with capacity to shift priorities rapidly and effectively
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal acumen; comfortable engaging with senior leaders and external partners
- Exceptional discretion and judgment in handling sensitive, confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to create executive-caliber presentations; strong command of Excel, Word and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Bachelor's degree preferred

4+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably supporting a CEO, President or C-suite executive in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
