- Manage expense reports and GIFTY declarations.
- Archive documents both physically and digitally.
- Send parcels, gifts, and various orders.
- Coordinate with the boutique and packaging service.
- Manage lists for gifts, supplies, and contacts.
- Order flowers, supplies, and other necessary office items.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Service-oriented with initiative and prioritization skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively.
Skills
Experience
Experience in administrative support or a related field is preferred.
Education
Education in executive assistance, hospitality, administrative management, or equivalent.
