Saint Laurent Events Assistant internship in Paris—6-month contract supporting luxury event production and logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide logistics and production support for global client events including dinners, cocktails, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, and virtual showrooms
  • Coordinate with the Image department on event collateral such as invitations, e-invitations, save-the-dates, and promotional materials
  • Source and book talent including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models for events
  • Manage and coordinate orders necessary for event production and logistics
  • Research new venues, service providers, artists, and emerging trends relevant to luxury events
  • Prepare and audit equipment and materials before and after events
  • Maintain inventory of event stock, tracking entries, exits, and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support including note-taking during team meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinating travel and hotel reservations
  • Benchmark competitor events and maintain event guidelines and archival documentation

Qualifications

  • Educational background in business school or communication studies (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent)
  • Fluent English mandatory
  • Strong affinity for luxury and event communication
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Impeccable spelling and written communication
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative within a team setting
