Saint Laurent — Event & Production Assistant (Intern) in Paris. 6‑month internship starting May 2026 supporting production, events and shootings.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Production & Events team in day-to-day operations and in the end-to-end organisation of events and photo shoots.
  • Assist with logistical and operational arrangements for internal and external events (runways, dinners, soirées, exhibitions, showcases).
  • Research, identify and help select venues, vendors, artists and talent, monitoring emerging sector trends.
  • Coordinate project follow-up from preparation through execution to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
  • Liaise with VIP, Press and VIC teams during shows and events to manage invitations, room gifts, looks and specific guest requirements.
  • Manage and monitor event inventory (equipment, décor, technical supports) and assist with stock organisation.
  • Contribute to the creation of visual presentations and creative briefs for event and production projects.
  • Conduct benchmarking of competitor houses’ events to capture best practices and innovations.
  • Support the update and optimisation of internal guidelines and processes; assist with archiving event documentation and imagery.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in event management, communications, arts management, fashion studies or a related field.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (press, VIP services, creative teams).
  • Proficiency with presentation design and a good aesthetic sensibility; basic familiarity with event logistics and inventory management.
  • Previous internships or practical experience in events, production or fashion is an advantage; interest in luxury fashion and cultural programming is essential.
  • Fluency in French is highly desirable; good command of English is an advantage.
