Saint Laurent seeks an Event and Production Assistant intern in Paris — 6-month internship starting May 2026 supporting events, shoots and production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Production & Events team in daily operations and the end-to-end execution of events and fashion shoots.
  • Plan and coordinate logistical and operational aspects of internal and external events (runway shows, dinners, soirées, exhibitions, showcases), ensuring high standards of execution.
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating venues, suppliers, artists and talent, tracking sector trends and emergent creative propositions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (VIP, Press, Visual & In-Store Communications) to manage invitations, gifting, looks and bespoke guest requirements during events and shows.
  • Manage and maintain event inventory, including technical equipment, décor and support materials.
  • Contribute to the design and production of visual presentations and creative assets to support project proposals and briefings.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor maisons and events to identify best practices and operational innovations.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal guidelines and event processes to foster continuous improvement.
  • Organize and catalogue event archives (documentation, imagery and supporting materials) for easy retrieval and institutional memory.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Events Management, Fashion Management, Communications, Production or a closely related discipline.
  • Available for a six-month internship beginning May 2026 and able to commit full-time to the placement.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in creating clear visual presentations and basic familiarity with presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint) and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel).
  • Creative curiosity, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to research and problem-solving.

Experience

Previous internship or project experience in events, production, or fashion-related environments is advantageous but not required; demonstrable involvement in campus events, agency projects or similar practical assignments is valued.

Education

Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Events, Fashion, Communications, Production or equivalent).
