Saint Laurent (Paris) seeks an EMEA Sales & Business Planner to manage forecasting, pricing and reporting across the EMEA region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly sales forecasts across categories for the EMEA region and develop store‑level sales projections by quarter and category using Anaplan.
- Define and manage seasonal Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) plans and ensure ongoing alignment between inventory strategy and sales targets.
- Build and review SKU‑level carry‑over sales forecasts; monitor weekly performance and implement corrective adjustments to forecasts and assortments.
- Lead monthly and ad‑hoc forecast reviews with EMEA Merchandisers, Distribution teams and HQ Planning; recommend assortment or pricing corrective actions.
- Monitor price spreads across local currencies and ensure price consistency for new collections; coordinate price updates with external partners and e‑tailers.
- Design, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and decision‑support tools (Sell‑Through, ARP, category mix, UPT) to track weekly regional performance by category, country and store.
- Maintain and reconcile databases to ensure reporting accuracy, support Monthly Business Reviews and standardize business reporting and communication across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, business or planning role, ideally within retail, fashion or a data‑driven commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience with Power BI (required).
- Experience with Anaplan or a comparable planning tool is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment; collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset.

1–3 years in an analytical or planning role, preferably within retail or fashion, with hands‑on exposure to sales forecasting, pricing and performance reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related discipline preferred.
