Saint Laurent is hiring an EMEA Merchandising Manager — Women's Ready-to-Wear in Paris to lead assortment strategy and sales planning for the region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define seasonal assortments for the EMEA network and lead showroom campaign assortment decisions.
  • Optimize store allocations and develop allocation strategies to maximise sales and sell-through at regional level.
  • Manage showroom order entry and produce buying support tools for commercial teams.
  • Prepare product training materials, seasonal launch guidelines and merchandising communications for retail teams.
  • Monitor and refine sales forecasts by quarter, season and category; analyse weekly and monthly performance via KPI reporting.
  • Lead monthly assortment reviews and drive reorder strategy on top-selling SKUs from current and prior seasons.
  • Act as primary point of contact for boutiques on assortment, replenishment and stock-transfer issues; manage VIC requests.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM and Training teams to align product, client activation and boutique expansion projects.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in merchandising, buying or retail merchandising — preferably within luxury fashion.
  • Deep knowledge and strong sensibility for Women's Ready-to-Wear categories.
  • Demonstrable understanding of EMEA market dynamics and regional retail operations.
  • Proven analytical capability and commercial acumen to translate data into assortment and allocation decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across markets.
  • Fluency in English and French.
