Saint Laurent — Paris: EMEA HR Assistant (Internship) supporting recruitment, HR administration and Workday process improvements for EMEA support functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for EMEA support functions, with autonomous responsibility for intern recruitment (posting adverts, screening CVs, telephone pre-screens, scheduling interviews).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including preparation of contractual documents (internship agreements, attestations, amendments) and coordination with payroll.
- Maintain and update organisational charts and employee records; ensure accurate filing and transfer of dossiers to payroll.
- Track and follow up on absences and leaves (sick leave, maternity leave) and liaise with internal stakeholders as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and data quality within internal systems, notably Workday.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects according to the priorities of the EMEA HR team.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s-level programme in Human Resources or equivalent (Bac +5) — candidature must be ongoing.
- Good foundational knowledge of human resources processes; previous practical experience in HR (internships or short assignments) is strongly preferred.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Highly organised, rigorous, autonomous and proactive; demonstrates initiative and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Previous practical experience in HR operations or recruitment is preferred; prior internships in HR or HR support functions are an advantage.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources (in progress / Bac +5)
