Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA Clients’ team in executing various client events.
- Prepare presentation materials for events.
- Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of events.
- Manage the entry of EMEA invoices.
- Assist the Client Event Manager in budget monitoring and preparation for each event.
- Coordinate with vendors for event organization and manage the billing process.
- Support logistical planning of events, including transportation, orders, and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Familiarity with communications.
- Rigorous, responsive, and proactive.
- Good product sense.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
