Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate global e‑commerce operations to ensure high service standards across channels.
- Manage the omnichannel order backlog, enforce processing time SLAs and remediate exceptions promptly.
- Oversee B2B flows and B2C marketplace shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping, delivery and receipt deadlines for concession partners and marketplace clients.
- Coordinate Return‑to‑Vendor (RTV) processes with concession partners, inventory and after‑sales teams — including documentation, packaging and pickups.
- Respond to partner inquiries on product information and pricing to enable prompt inbound processing.
- Investigate and escalate operational incidents such as shipment delays, IT issues, stock discrepancies and sales variances.
- Organize communications and status reporting to internal stakeholders (customer service, warehouses, supply chain) and external partners.
- Contribute to benchmarking and support project phases (design, testing, hypercare); propose automation and optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university, engineering school or business school with specialisation in Supply Chain, E‑business or equivalent (Master’s level or current Master’s candidate).
- Eligible for a 6‑month internship starting September 2026.
- Initial internship or professional experience in e‑commerce or supply chain preferred.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector and its service expectations.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Organised, autonomous, proactive, dynamic and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Previous internship or initial professional experience in e‑commerce, omnichannel operations or supply chain is preferred but not mandatory for the internship.
Education
Master’s degree or current enrollment in Supply Chain, E‑business, Engineering or Business School (or equivalent).
