Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the omnichannel order backlog, ensuring adherence to processing times and resolving issues.
  • Monitor B2B flows, ensuring compliance with shipping, delivery, and receipt deadlines for concession partners, and manage B2C shipments for marketplace clients.
  • Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) activities with concession partners, managing processes among inventory, after-sales, and partners.
  • Respond to partners' inquiries regarding product information and pricing.
  • Assist in investigating issues such as shipment delays, IT bugs, stock discrepancies, and sales variances.
  • Organize communications with internal and external teams regarding relevant information.
  • Participate in benchmarking and support ongoing projects across multiple phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose automation and optimization solutions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a university, engineering school, or business school specializing in Supply Chain or E-business (Master's level or equivalent).
  • Initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain is ideal.
  • Strong interest in the luxury sector.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Organized, independent, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.

Experience

Initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain is preferred.

Education

Master's level or equivalent in Supply Chain or E-business.
