Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage product distribution and allocations for permanent and seasonal collections to ensure optimal availability across regions.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to anticipate demand and adjust replenishment strategies.
- Coordinate shipments, delivery compliance and flow management with Logistics, Production and Regional teams.
- Work closely with Retail Merchandising and Digital teams to prepare and execute collection launches, ensuring timely stock availability.
- Propose and implement improvements to stock management, planning tools and processes as part of cross‑functional continuous improvement projects.
- Serve as the operational interface between Supply Chain, Retail, Merchandising, Digital, Production and Regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school (or equivalent higher education).
- Proven experience in Supply Chain; Distribution Planning experience in luxury, fashion or retail preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in planning and reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Anaplan, Business Intelligence platforms).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to translate sales data into actionable inventory decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international, cross‑functional environment.
- Client‑oriented mindset, proactivity and collaborative stakeholder management.

3+ years of professional experience in supply chain, inventory or distribution planning, ideally within luxury, fashion or retail environments.
Education
