Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage product distribution and allocations for permanent and seasonal collections to ensure optimal availability across regions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to anticipate demand and adjust replenishment strategies.
  • Coordinate shipments, delivery compliance and flow management with Logistics, Production and Regional teams.
  • Work closely with Retail Merchandising and Digital teams to prepare and execute collection launches, ensuring timely stock availability.
  • Propose and implement improvements to stock management, planning tools and processes as part of cross‑functional continuous improvement projects.
  • Serve as the operational interface between Supply Chain, Retail, Merchandising, Digital, Production and Regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree from an engineering or business school (or equivalent higher education).
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain; Distribution Planning experience in luxury, fashion or retail preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in planning and reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Anaplan, Business Intelligence platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to translate sales data into actionable inventory decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international, cross‑functional environment.
  • Client‑oriented mindset, proactivity and collaborative stakeholder management.
